Victor Jim Moye Noza is a multidisciplinary visual artist who leads with instinct – and then fine-tunes it in post.
As a filmmaker, he blends editing, color grading, and digital manipulation to shape narratives with intentional pacing, bold colors and his sense for atmosphere rooted in emotion rather than effect.
He co-founded Dritter.Akt, a Vienna-based creative film production company focused on story-first content. Together with Alexander Weber, he directs commercials that balance visual precision with human nuance.
Outside the commercial world, Victor explores surreal compositions. His personal work often begins with a sensation rather than a concept – a sound, a smell, a memory.
Victor’s visual DNA is rooted in his childhood – a remix of 90s pop aesthetics, early horror, anime dynamics, and long walks home spent reimagining fight scenes from Sailor Moon and Digimon in vivid detail. That sense of staging and curiosity never left him.
